Last year, after Pitchfork, I groused (like the cranky old lady I am) about the sheer number of people inexplicably wearing tube socks.
This year, it would appear that cowboy boots with skirts and shorts are the new tube socks.

If you get long enough tube socks you can combine the two. :)

I definitely saw some knee socks with cowboy boots. And also, I am pleased to report that the tube socks have not totally been abandoned, we did see a few pairs (though the cowboy boots FAR outnumbered them).
